This policy explains what data Affluent Academy (operated by Platten Enterprises Ltd) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. It applies to anyone who visits our websites, books a call, enrols in our programme, or contacts us.

1. What we collect

Browsing this siteIP address, user agent, referrer, pages visited, time on page, anonymous click events. Collected via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and our own attribution endpoint.
Qualifier or application formName, email address, phone number, agency name, current revenue range, what you are working on.
Booking a callName, email, phone, the call slot you chose, the timezone you booked in. Handled by our scheduling provider (currently iClosed).
Paying for the programmeBilling name, billing address, card details (handled directly by Stripe and WHOP — we never store full card data on our servers), VAT details if applicable.
Inside the programmeEmail correspondence, support tickets, community posts, attendance on group calls, what you submit on accountability check-ins.

We share data only with the processors required to run the service. Each is bound by a data processing agreement:

5. International transfers

Some processors are based outside the UK or the EEA, primarily in the United States. Where data is transferred, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep customer data for as long as you are a member, and for up to seven years after the last transaction to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, attribution, and to remember your A/B test assignment across visits. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser. Disabling cookies may affect functionality such as the booking flow.

9. Children

The programme is for established business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
