Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 May 2026
These terms govern your use of Affluent Academy services and any programme you enrol in through us. By booking an advisory call, applying to the programme, or paying for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Affluent Academy is an agency-education brand operated by Aff Edtech Ltd, registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Affluent Academy. References to "you" mean the agency owner or business engaging with us.
2. The programme
The Affluent Academy programme provides a combination of coaching, software, advisory support, and access to community for established agency owners. The specific deliverables, programme length, structure, and tier you are enrolled in are agreed in writing in the enrolment agreement sent to you before payment, and confirmed in the welcome documents sent after enrolment.
3. Payment terms
The Affluent Academy programme is offered on a monthly subscription. By default, you are billed monthly on the same date each calendar month, and your subscription automatically renews until you cancel.
Where a longer-term option is available at the point of sale (for example, paying for three, six, or twelve months upfront at a discounted rate), the specific term length, price, and renewal arrangement are set out in your enrolment agreement.
- Programme fees are presented in GBP, Euros or USD at the point of sale.
- VAT is added where applicable based on your billing location.
- To cancel your subscription, email support@affluent.academy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; access continues until that date.
- We do not refund partial periods or unused months within a paid term, except as set out in sections 4 and 5.
- Refunds and the guarantee remedy are governed by section 4 and section 5 respectively.
4. Refunds
Programme fees are non-refundable beyond the refund window agreed in your enrolment agreement. The window is documented in writing before you pay and varies by intake. To request a refund within your window, email support@affluent.academy.
5. Our guarantees
Affluent Academy operates multiple programme tiers. The guarantee that applies to your enrolment depends on the tier you are accepted into, and is documented in writing in the enrolment agreement you receive and sign before payment.
The general guarantee terms by tier are:
- Grow (New-Start Agencies). You will sign at least 10 new agency clients within 180 days or less of joining.
- Scale (Established Agencies). You will achieve a 3x return on the programme fees paid to Affluent Academy within 180 days or less of joining. The methodology for measuring "return" is set out in your enrolment agreement.
- Dominate (7 Figure Agencies). Guarantee terms are tailored to the scope of work agreed and are set out in full in your enrolment agreement.
Each guarantee is also conditional on you doing the work prescribed by the programme, including:
- Attending the coaching calls scheduled for your tier
- Completing the training modules assigned to you
- Implementing the frameworks and roadmap as instructed by your advisor
If you meet the conditions set out in your enrolment agreement and the outcome stated in that agreement is not achieved within the stated timeframe, you may make a guarantee claim by emailing support@affluent.academy. Remedies are set out in the enrolment agreement and may include a full or partial refund, an extension of access, or further support, depending on tier.
Acceptance of a guarantee remedy terminates your access to the programme. Guarantees apply only to the intake you enrolled in and are not transferable.
Separately, a 14-day money-back policy applies if you have not accessed more than 15% of the programme content at the time of your request.
To make a guarantee or refund request, email support@affluent.academy.
Results disclaimer
Where Affluent Academy refers to an "average activated client tripling monthly revenue in 180 days", this figure is drawn from an internal audit of activated clients on the programme. "Activated" is defined as a client who has:
- Completed at least 180 days in the programme
- Attended their scheduled coaching calls
- Implemented the scaling roadmap prescribed by their advisor
The figure represents the average outcome across that activated cohort and does not represent the outcome for every client, including those who do not meet the activation criteria. Individual results vary based on factors including but not limited to the agency's starting position, market, service offering, and the client's own execution. Past performance of any client is not a guarantee of future performance for any other client. The full methodology behind any results figure is available on request to support@affluent.academy.
Earnings disclaimer
"Earning and income statements made by Affluent Academy and its members are estimates of what we think you can possibly earn. They are not guarantees."
Outside of the action-based guarantee set out above, there is no guarantee that you will make any specific level of income. You accept the risk that earnings and income statements differ by individual.
As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There is no assurance that examples of past earnings can be duplicated in the future. We cannot guarantee your future results or success outside of the written guarantee terms.
"The testimonials and examples shown are exceptional results, which do not apply to the average purchaser, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results." Each individual's success depends on their background, dedication, desire, and motivation.
There are unknown risks in business and on the internet that we cannot foresee which can reduce results. We are not responsible for your actions. This company and its owners are not liable for any success or failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information, products, and services.
6. Intellectual property
All materials shared with you, including recorded lessons, frameworks, swipe files, scripts, templates, and AI configurations, remain the intellectual property of Affluent Academy. You receive a non-transferable licence to use them as set out below for as long as you are an active member.
You may apply the frameworks, templates, AI configurations, and operational systems we teach inside your own agency, including in work you deliver to your agency's clients. This is the intended use of the programme.
You may not resell, republish, or share the educational content of the programme itself, including the recorded lessons, written training materials, and structured curriculum, outside your organisation. You may not use programme materials to build or sell competing training, courses, or coaching offers.
7. AI tools and outputs
The programme teaches the use of AI tools and may rely on AI in parts of delivery, including AI-generated reports, prompts, agent configurations, and written feedback. AI outputs are probabilistic and are not guaranteed accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before applying them inside your own agency or sharing them with your clients. Affluent Academy is not liable for outcomes arising from AI outputs used or deployed by you.
8. Third-party platforms
The programme is delivered via third-party platforms including but not limited to Zoom, Google Meet, Notion, GoHighLevel, Claude Code, AgencyOSX and Appointwise. Availability, performance, and changes to those platforms are outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from outages, downtime, or changes to third-party services.
9. Recording and confidentiality
Coaching calls, group sessions, and community events are recorded for quality, training, and member access. By participating you consent to being recorded. You agree to keep what is shared inside the community confidential, to treat other members with respect, and not to promote unrelated offers inside our spaces. We reserve the right to remove members who repeatedly breach this code, without refund where the refund window has closed.
10. Marketing and testimonial rights
If you share results, written feedback, video testimonials, or other content with Affluent Academy or inside the community, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content in our marketing, including our website, social media, sales pages, and adverts. Once your content has been published by Affluent Academy, this licence cannot be revoked. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to remove published content on request, but we are not obliged to do so.
11. Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the programme without refund if you:
- Materially breach these terms or the code of conduct
- Fail to make payment when due
- Share programme materials outside your organisation
- Behave in a way that is harmful to other members, staff, or the brand
Where termination occurs outside a guarantee or refund window, fees already paid are non-refundable.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Affluent Academy and its officers harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from how you apply the training, frameworks, or AI configurations inside your own agency or with your own clients. This includes claims made by your clients, employees, or contractors against you that relate to your business activities.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, "our total liability to you under or in connection with the programme is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim." We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of clients, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, government action, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
16. Assignment
We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, including to a successor entity on a sale or restructure of the business. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
17. Entire agreement
These terms, together with your enrolment agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any document expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Affluent Academy. They supersede any prior representations, promises, or statements made before enrolment, whether oral or written.
18. Data and privacy
How we collect and use your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
19. Dispute resolution
Most issues are resolved in conversation. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at support@affluent.academy. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation before any legal proceedings are commenced.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
22. Contact
